Hello, I'm Tania.. I'm a curator, producer and arts consultant.
This is my company, ReDefinery, a nimble little consultancy that provides development and management services for the arts and culture sector. I work with organizations both big and small, and individual artists. Above all else, I'm drawn to a good idea, so if you've got one, let's talk.
I'm always happy to meet to discuss ideas and possible partnerships, collaborations, and contracts.
Feature Film Dir. Randall Okita
Multimedia Installation Exhibition
Artist Lisa Jackson
Dir. Jon Eagan
I specialize in content and program creation, community engagement, administration and governance operations and review, program evaluation, strategic planning and resource development (which is a fancy way of saying I raise money, most often through grant writing). My heart is in art, youth, rural communities and building capacity through inspired partnerships.
I'm lucky to know and collaborate with a network of amazing independent cultural producers that allows me to assemble teams that are tailored to the needs of my clients. For us, work is play. We're creative, informal yet professional, with decades of collective experience. And we love what we do.

ART PROJECT DEVELPOMENT
I am an independent curator and founder of Sunday Drive Art Projects. I work with artists to develop exhibitions or ambitious events that we can develop together. I specialize in turning a good idea into a good project: how to strategize the funding, the partners, the practicals..
I like to say that I make space for artists to make art. That is a pretty good description of what I do. I see the value in giving artists freedom from having to be a fundraiser, a writer, a publicist and a hustler in order to be an artist. I like working collaboratively with artists to take on some that work.
I also curate and organize my own projects, most notably Sunday Drive Art Projects, and write about art.
I produce independent films - short and feature length.
